LTL Freight would need a loading dock or forklift for delivery.\u00a0 We can get a liftgate truck, but that would be an extra $125.<\/p>\n

If shipped by UPS ground, each hazmat package will incur a hazmat charge.(Currently $35, but subject to change without notice.) This means that if your order has more than two or three 5 Gallon Pails it may be more economical to have it shipped LTL freight. When shipped on a pallet, hazmat materials are only charged one hazardous fee.(Currently $30-$35, but subject to change without notice.)[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-question-circle” add_icon=”true” title=”Are there Hazardous Shipping Charges?” tab_id=”1520356320901-467e8bd6-a6ba”][vc_column_text]Most of our chemicals if shipped in a container larger than 1 gallon are considered hazardous and will carry a hazardous shipping charge in addition to normal shipping charges.<\/p>\n

Due to restrictions on the amounts of chemicals you can pack into one package, we may have to split up items into their own individual boxes.<\/p>\n

If an order is large enough, has a number of bulky, heavy items or has several five gallon hazardous containers it may be more economical to send your items by LTL freight.\u00a0 With LTL you are assessed only one hazardous material fee, and not the individual hazmat fees that are charged per box of chemicals.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-question-circle” add_icon=”true” title=”Is shipping cost calculated at time of purchase?” tab_id=”1520356320468-0ea291c4-9820″][vc_column_text]In order to get the best shipping rate, we calculate shipping when your order is packed based on actual costs from UPS, FedEx, or USPS.\u00a0 At time of checkout you will be asked if you would like to be contacted prior to charging you for shipping.\u00a0 You may also leave a message in the order notes that you want to be contacted with the total shipping costs.<\/p>\n

We will also contact you if the shipping on your items is high in relationship to the total of your order unless specified in the order notes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-question-circle” add_icon=”true” title=”Do you offer same day shipping?” tab_id=”1532531959954-7936cd70-e84e”][vc_column_text]We offer same day shipping to customers who place their orders prior to 11am Monday-Friday.\u00a0 We do our best to get all these orders shipped and assist all our counter and technical customers at the same time.<\/p>\n

If items(s) are needed urgently and it is after the cut off time you may put in the order notes that you would like to have it shipped same day.\u00a0 We will try to ship your order if it is possible.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-question-circle” add_icon=”true” title=”When will my credit card be charged?” tab_id=”1520356319892-f7c45dea-d1b5″][vc_column_text]We will not charge your credit card until your product is shipped or picked up.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-question-circle” add_icon=”true” title=”Can I return my product?” tab_id=”1520356318775-c8fce566-af06″][vc_column_text]Most of our products are returnable, with a 15% restocking fee.<\/p>\n

Resins, compounds, gelcoats and other chemicals are returnable for up to two weeks after sale.\u00a0 Other non chemical items have a longer return period of up to 30 days.<\/p>\n

Some restrictions to this policy exist.\u00a0 This includes product that has to be modified at the time of sale and product that has been opened and used. \u00a0 Any product that is not returnable will say this in the product description.<\/p>\n
